We have a detailed discussion of what the client is looking for in regards to product(s), turnaround time, budget, etc.

The Creative Team builds out a sales deck (if budget allows) and/or a series of mockups to assist the sales team in showcasing the products and ideas.

The Account Manager gets back to the client within 24 hours with the prepared material(s), based on clients needs, wants, and some suggestions from the experts (us!).

The client selects their desired products and we deliver an updated presentation in a sales order format.

Final approval is made by the client - and then the order is finalized with an estimate that shows taxes, shipping charges, artwork/mockup etc.

The order is pushed into production. an invoice is sent and then overseen by our Production Manager to ensure packages arrive on time, and correctly.
